These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sazzar at www.sazzar.space (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Minors may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Credits, Plans & Billing

• The Platform operates on a credit system. Generations consume credits based on the model and settings used.
• Paid plans and credit bundles are billed through our payment processors (Paymob, Kashier). Prices are shown before purchase.
• Promotional codes may grant credits or discounts subject to their stated limits and expiry.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable except as expressly provided.

3. Your Content & Inputs

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and process your inputs - including any faces, voices, trademarks, or copyrighted material - and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant Sazzar and its providers a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the requested service.

4. AI-Generated Output

Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided "as is." It may be inaccurate or resemble existing works. To the extent permitted by the underlying model providers, outputs you generate are yours to use, subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features depend on third-party providers and may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Sazzar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of generated content or third-party services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
