Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on www.sazzar.space. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and your statutory rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law.
1. Digital Credits & Consumption
Sazzar sells digital credits used to generate AI content through third-party providers. Because each generation incurs an immediate, non-recoverable cost from those providers, credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
2. Unused Purchases
If you purchased a plan or credit bundle and have not consumed any of the included credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the original processor (Paymob or Kashier) and may take several business days to appear.
3. Failed or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged but did not receive the corresponding plan or credits, or you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact us promptly at admin@sazzar.space with your payment reference. We will investigate and refund any verified erroneous charge.
4. Quality of AI Output
AI output is inherently variable. Dissatisfaction with the creative result of a successful generation is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, because provider costs are incurred regardless. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. Closing your account does not automatically refund unused credits unless eligible under Section 2.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@sazzar.space from your account email with your order/payment reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
