Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of Sazzar. We built Sazzar for lawful, creative work. You agree not to use the Platform to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal or harmful.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

• Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, including using a person's face or voice without their explicit permission.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors - strictly prohibited and reported as required by law.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate real people.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting individuals or protected groups.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or attempts to deceive or harm others.
• Disinformation presented as fact, election manipulation, or impersonation of officials or brands.
• Content that violates the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt or any law applicable to you.
• Reselling, scraping, reverse-engineering, overloading, or circumventing rate limits, credit accounting, or security of the Platform.

Your Responsibility for Likeness & Voice

Features that clone voices or animate faces require that you hold the necessary rights and consents. Uploading another person's likeness or voice without documented permission is a violation of this AUP and may be unlawful.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. We may cooperate with lawful investigations.
